Terms of Service and App Privacy Policy

Purpose

Superheat has agreed to provide client access to the Superheat SmartView^TM app for the purposes of viewing heat treatment project status in real-time. This may also include daily, weekly, and total-to-date costs. Superheat will require a client contact name and e-mail address to provide access.

Privacy Policy

Superheat SmartView is a commercial app. This service is provided by Superheat and is intended for use as is. This agreement is intended to inform users of the policies with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of any party using the service. The personal information collected is used for providing and improving the service. Superheat will not use or share information collected under this agreement with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Superheat SmartView app will require personally identifiable information. This includes, but is not limited to, name and email address. The information will be retained by Superheat and used as described in this policy.

Log Data

Superheat may collect data and information (through third party products) called log data. This log data may include information such as device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the service, the time and date of use of the service and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files containing a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. The Superheat SmartView app does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information to improve services. Clients have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to a device. If the client chooses to refuse cookies, some portions of this service may not be accessible on that device.

Service Providers

Superheat employs third-party companies and individuals to run analytics and debugging for the purposes of performance improvement. These third-party companies will have access to client personal information in order to perform the tasks assigned to them on Superheat’s behalf. They are obligated to not disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

We value your trust in providing your personal information and we strive to ensure that user data is kept secure. Superheat will not publish or sell your information to other parties.
